Holistic and attachment-oriented sleep consultation for babies and children.
I focus on fostering the parent-child bond, while also addressing the unique needs of both the child and the parent.
My name's Ann-Margritt, also known as Bedtime Snories.
I'm so glad you found me! Are you ready to gently transform and better understand your little one's sleep routine?
Since becoming a mom to two wonderfully vibrant and unique little humans almost five years ago, I’ve found the topic of sleep to be surprisingly complicated. It often feels like there's an entire sophisticated science behind it. Yet, children are independent little beings who instinctively demand exactly what they need for healthy growth.
I’m totally fascinated by this topic, not least because of the many sleepless nights I've experienced since becoming a mom.
Through my training with the Verein für ganzheitlichen Kinderschlaf (Association for Holistic Child Sleep) in Austria (http://kinderschlafberatung.com), I've gained valuable insights into attachment-oriented sleep for babies and toddlers.
I want to support new parents, as well as families with older children, guiding them with gentle steps toward relaxed nights and peaceful daytime naps.
Babies and young children instinctively know what they need to survive in their first months—and later, how to communicate their needs and feelings to us. Let’s support them in this process, not with rigid sleep schedules, but with understanding and flexible expectations.
For me, the needs of both babies and toddlers, as well as parents, are paramount. Together, we'll find an individualised and loving approach to better nights and new Bedtime Snories.
